We will strive to demonstrate the benefits of switching to Microsoft. However if you choose not to make the switch for any reason, we are still committed to supporting you. Our due diligence process will help us understand your current technology stack and determine if it meets our support criteria. If it doesn’t, we will outline the necessary steps to transition to a supportable framework. With our team’s extensive experience across a variety of technologies, we are well-equipped to support your business effectively.
We aim to make onboarding a smooth and painless experience as possible. We achieve this for our clients with a simple 3 step process following our introductory call.
Due Diligence: This is a technical-led call, the objective of this meeting is to understand your technology stack and how we can best support you. We also aim understand your business processes and objectives and align to your needs.
Proposal:We deliver a proposal outlining details of the service and a meeting to assist you in understanding the proposed service and any further questions you may have. There may be projects listed in the proposal to bring your into support with us. These will be fully detailed in a Scope of Works document.
Onboarding Day: You have chosen for us to be your IT support partner that’s great, we look forward to working with you! The onboarding day consists of documentation building, credential transfer, handover with incumbent supplier, installing our support software and. If your office is based in and around the London area we would love to come to your office and make a great first impression.
We then go-live on the agreed upon support start date. This process equips both parties with the knowledge and understanding to ensure we are a great fit for each other and move forward with a strategic partnership. In terms of timelines we anticipate working together within as little as 1 month from due diligence, this enables flexibility for you rather than waiting months with other competitors. Our onboarding process is complimentary, free of charge as we believe in getting the right fit for us both. We will only charge if there are additional projects required for onboarding which will be identified at the Due Diligence stage and outlined at the proposal stage.
We operate with professional baseline standards. We have a mandatory baseline which is our requirement for support which we then build upon with project work, this is for our mutual benefit. 2FA/MFA (Multifactor Authentication) – All accounts must be configured with a second step, no password alone is stronger than MFA. We implement Conditional Access to create rules for MFA based on requirements.
